After selling his catering business, Scott joined Pizza Hut as Queensland Warehouse Manager, moved to Sydney as Transport Services Manager and progressed to National Logistics Manager.
Scott built In Vogue Catering from a takeaway shop in an Underwood industrial park, managed tenders and catering assignments across government, civic and corporate settings, and established Kym K Design during the same period.
Scott became Store Manager at Butts SSW Supermarket in Maroochydore after progressing at Coles from trolley attendant through trainee management to Assistant Manager.
